1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jenni Mae Wellness website and coaching services operated by Jenni Mae Greenwood (“we,” “us,” or “our”).


By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older only. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


3. Services Provided

We offer a 12-week time-based coaching program, which may include:

  • Live 1:1 or group coaching calls

  • Messaging support via SMS or WhatsApp

  • Educational resources and materials

  • Call recordings and replays


The program duration is fixed. Additional support may be offered at our discretion but does not extend the program term unless explicitly agreed in writing.


4. Educational & Medical Disclaimer

Jenni Mae Wellness provides educational coaching services only.


We are not a medical provider, doctor, or healthcare professional. Coaching is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical care.


By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions

  • You will consult a qualified medical professional as needed

  • Any actions you take based on coaching are done at your own discretion and risk


5. No Guaranteed Results

While we aim to support and guide you, results are not guaranteed.


Your outcomes depend on many factors including your effort, consistency, circumstances, and personal responsibility. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are responsible for implementing the coaching and doing the necessary work to create change.


6. Payments & Pricing

Payments may be made:

  • In full, or

  • Via an agreed payment plan


All prices are listed in the currency specified at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.


Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.


7. Refund Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:


To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written refund request via email to jennimaewellness@outlook.com within 30 days of the program start date

  • Have attended at least 3 out of 4 scheduled coaching calls

  • Have completed all tasks and action steps set out during the program

  • Have communicated dissatisfaction during the program, allowing an opportunity for support


Refunds:

  • Apply only to amounts paid to date

  • Do not include future scheduled payments

  • Will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once eligibility is confirmed


8. Missed Sessions & Rescheduling

  • Coaching calls may be rescheduled within the same week, subject to availability

  • If a call is not rescheduled within that timeframe, it may be forfeited, depending on availability

  • No refunds are provided for missed or forfeited calls. Make-up sessions may be scheduled on a case-by-case basis.


9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without refund if a client:

  • Engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

  • Breaches these Terms

  • Fails to respect boundaries or community guidelines


Termination may occur immediately at our discretion to protect the integrity of the coaching environment.


10. Recordings & Materials

Coaching calls (1:1 and group) may be recorded and shared with participants.


You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access program materials for your own use only.


You may not:

  • Share, distribute, reproduce, or sell materials

  • Provide access to any third party


All content remains the intellectual property of Jenni Mae Greenwood.


11. Confidentiality

While group coaching environments cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality, we expect all participants to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information discussed within sessions.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in coaching services

  • You agree to release and hold harmless Jenni Mae Greenwood from any claims arising from your decisions, actions, or results


Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.


13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith before pursuing legal action.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with the updated date.
